Industrial Structures

Our Industrial Structures offer the performance of more traditional building methods with the advantages of prefabricated building construction. Installation is typically under a week and can be built on existing ground, saving you valuable time and money.

Non-insulated

  • Our non-insulated industrial structures are an entry level product with semi-permanent to permanent design capabilities. They provide the ideal budget solution for non-sensitive storage and workshop areas.
  • Structures can be stand alone, linked together or linked to existing facilities. They are simple to modify, extend, demount, remove or relocate.
  • The walls are available in corrugated steel sheets, insulated composite panels, or environmentally friendly re-cycled UPVC walling. A variety of color options are available to match the existing color scheme.
  • The roof system uses a single layer, industrial grade, flame retardant PVC.
  • The large beam allows for extreme loading needed for permanent and long-term applications. The main framework is an extremely durable, non-corrosive, low maintenance extruded structural grade aluminum alloy. All connecting components are a corrosive resistant hot dipped galvanized steel.
  • Available in widths of 15’-200’, lengths extendable to any length in increments of 15'.

Insulated

  • Our thermo-insulated temporary industrial structures are the ideal choice for sensitive storage, portable warehousing, workshop buildings and public facilities.
  • Structures can be stand-alone, linked together or attached to existing structures for a larger footprint. They are easy to dismantle, remove or relocate if required.
  • The walls are available in corrugated steel sheets, insulated composite panels, or environmentally friendly re-cycled UPVC walling. A variety of color options are available to match the existing color scheme.
  • The roof uses insulated double-skinned industrial grade, flame retardant PVC. The roof sections are inflated by an automatic low pressure air compressor pump which insulates the building and minimises internal condensation.
  • The main framework is manufactured from a maintenance free, highly durable and non-corrosive extruded structural grade aluminum alloy and corrosive resistant hot dipped galvanized steel is used for all connecting components.
  • Available in widths of 15’-200’, lengths extendable to any length in increments of 15’.

Steel roof

  • Our steel roofed structures are similar to more permanent warehouse buildings in terms of finish, strength and durability. They differ in that our structures are faster to manufacture and install, can be constructed on existing concrete surfaces, can be relocated or re-sold and, with off-the-shelf options, eliminate costly design fees.
  • The walls are available in various thicknesses of insulated, steel composite panels. A variety of color options are available to match the existing color scheme.
  • The roof system is available in various thicknesses of insulated, steel composite panels.
  • The main framework is manufactured from a maintenance free, highly durable and non-corrosive extruded structural grade aluminum alloy and corrosive resistant hot dipped galvanized steel is used for all connecting components.
  • Available in widths of 15’-200’, lengths extendable to any length in increments of 15’.

Fabric Structure

  • Our industrial fabric structures are ideal for creating quick and economical covered space for loading/unloading as well as temporary storage. They can be installed onto existing surfaces and are easy to relocate.
  • The walls are available in corrugated steel sheets or industrial grade PVC sidewalls (any number of walls can be added whilst ensuring a consistent airflow throughout the fabric structure). A variety of color options are available to match the existing color scheme.
  • The roof system is a single layer, industrial grade, flame retardant PVC membrane.
  • The main framework is manufactured from a maintenance free, highly durable and non-corrosive extruded structural grade aluminum alloy and corrosive resistant hot dipped galvanized steel is used for all connecting components.
